How does it work?

If you would like upgrade to a T-Lab™ System, we can assist you by accepting a trade-in of your current system. Simply trade-in your current PRP/PRF system and receive a discounted T-Lab™ System!

What do we accept to trade-in?

We accept most PRP/PRF Systems supplied in Australia or New Zealand.

How much will I save off my T-Lab™ System?

This will depend on the system that you currently have. Our Team will let you know of your trade-in offer.

How do I trade-in my old system?

Your T-Lab™ System will first be sent to you, and include a prepaid return label. Simply place your trade-in inside the T-Lab™ box and stick on the label.

Then drop your parcel at your nearest Australia Post and it will be returned to us!

Who can use T-Lab™?

T-Lab™ Product are medical devices and can be used by Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Practitioners and a range of other healthcare professionals across Australia & New Zealand.

How do I purchase a T-Lab™ System?

To become a user of T-Lab™:

Simply fill out an enquiry form here.
You will then be contacted by one of our team members within 24-48 hours who can provide further information, and will ask you to complete an Account Form.
You can then pay for your T-Lab™ System and it will be delivered within a few days!

Is Clinical Training in PRP & PRF included?

Yes! When purchasing a T-Lab™ System, it includes complimentary clinical training in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Fibrin (PRF) for you and your clinical team (including a Certificate of Attendance). Once you purchase your system, your Clinical Trainer/BDM will contact you to organise training ASAP.

Where do I order T-Lab™ Products going forward?

All T-Lab™ Products are officially distributed by Avaderm® Australia & New Zealand and all T-Lab™ Products (tubes, kits, centrifuge etc) can be purchased via https://www.avaderm.store/.

You can also purchase T-Lab™ Products via our scripting partners.

What if I have another PRP System?

T-Lab™ tubes tend to be compatible with other PRP/PRF systems, however the results achieved are not optimal and issues can occur. This is why we offer trade-ins for other PRP/PRF Systems.
